Are these 10 rules of better living directly from you? You speak the truth sister. Currently I'm working on #10 (?) the one about sleeping. I've totally burned the candle at not just 2, but 3! ends and kind of had a slight breakdown...you know how I get without any sleep. And it wasn't pretty. So now I'm in a self-imposed sleeping excile--no going out this week period. So far, so good.
